This song is based on John 13: 34 &35, which says, ”A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
It has been my privilege and blessing this week to watch the body of Christ love on my friends the Munyans during their grieving and heartbreak over the loss of their son Jesse. Watching them love each other, and seeing all the love flowing in and out and through that home, has been the closest thing I think I've ever witnessed to the way Jesus loves.
Peace and comfort and love to the Munyan family. May you find rest in the arms of His mercy.
