This next one is just sweet.
I had a lovely day with Lexi - Christa and Mason had a doctor's appointment this morning, so Lexi and I took advantage of the one-on-one time with her choice for breakfast (corn ... go figure), doing her hair, painting her nails, and playing the games I won't let her get out when Mason's around!

Oh! That is sweet! Lexi just gets prettier all the time. Corn for breakfast sounds perfectly wonderful for a grama to give to her grandchild because she never let her children have corn for breakfast. By the time you are a grandparent you realize that corn will not kill them for breakfast and you can hand them back over to their parents to work out the hard stuff.....isn't that right? Hurrah for all the liberated grandparents! The hair, nails and playing games is a whole lot more fun at grama's. That's special.
